The thing that makes me laugh about the Star Trek RPS fandom compared to the CW RPS fandom is that, while CW RPSers photoshop pictures of, like, Jensen sucking Jared's cock, ST RPSers photoshop pictures of Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto WALKING NEXT TO EACH OTHER. (I am also a little disappointed in myself that I knew that was photoshopped almost immediately.)

I watched the first two episodes of Royal Pains tonight! Is anybody else watching this show? It's kind of fun. And I adore Paulo Costanzo, so.

I also adore Michael Rady (Kostas from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants!), as I have discovered from watching Swingtown, so now I'm downloading Greek. He doesn't show up until S2 but I'm a stickler for watching things in order, so I figure I'll start with S1. I've heard it's a good show, anyway!

--The last week or two pretty much the only fic I've been reading has been about the Jonas Brothers. It's a very FUN FANDOM, okay. I wrote one fic a while back that I will post here sometime for posterity's sake.

--This post at ontd_political started out kind of annoying and quickly turned into a commentsfest of Victorian lesbian erotic art. It is pretty fantastic (and NSFW).

ETA: Hmm, I just got spoiled for S2 of Leverage and I'm not sure how I feel about it... :-/

ETA2: NGL, I love Craig Ferguson and all, but I hope he and Wolfgang Puck get angry letters from PETA after dropping a live catfish on the studio floor (starting around 4:20). Usually I am a pretty easygoing vegetarian, and can pretty much deal with the fact that other people like to kill and eat animals, but that... was really creepy and unpleasant and awful to me.

Basically, this guy is arguing that if gay marriage is legalized and homosexuality is recognized as socially acceptable, all men will find sex with men more appealing than sex with women (yay cock!) and women will be left out in the cold because they'll be stuck with other women and obviously be sexually unsatisfied (omg where's the cock?)
